1. Using Trivia Porch
Trivia Porch is a free daily trivia site. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You need to be at least 13 years old to sign up for our emails.
2. The quizzes
We check every question before it goes up, and we link to our sources. Even so, a mistake can slip through. If you spot one, write to us and we'll look into it. The quizzes are for fun; please don't rely on them for anything important.
Scores and comparisons with other players are approximate and may change as more people play.
3. Emails
If you sign up, we'll send you the daily quiz and the other emails you choose. You can change what you get or unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email, or on Email preferences.
4. Fair play
Please don't:
- copy our questions, articles or images to publish them elsewhere;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to read or play the site;
- interfere with the site, its ads or other players;
- click ads you're not interested in, or ask others to.
We may block access for anyone who does.
5. Our content
The questions, articles, illustrations and design of Trivia Porch belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Photos are credited under each question with their license. You're welcome to share links to any page.
6. Ads and other sites
Trivia Porch is paid for by ads. Ads and source links take you to sites we don't control, and we're not responsible for what they say or do. Our Privacy Policy explains how ads use cookies.
7. No guarantees
We do our best to keep Trivia Porch running every day, but we provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or end any part of it.
To the extent the law allows, Trivia Porch is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site or its emails.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is important we'll tell subscribers by email. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
